Good morning everyone! Was wondering if anyone here has built (or is in the process of building) a home in the Laureate Park section of Lake Nona. Used to live in Florida and Orlando a few years ago, and employment/ transfer / relocation is in the near future within 6-20 months. We were there briefly during/after the Thanksgiving holiday and was able to drive through Lake Nona/Laureate Park.
We liked what we saw and also realized that it has great living potential for the short and long term. We are considering this area for building a house; it is not too far from our potential workplaces and realize traffic will possibly be an issue most anywhere when living in the area. We are somewhat used to crazy traffic living near a big midwestern city.
My questions would be: Could you give a brief summary on what you like/or would like to see, your building experiences, and any suggestions you might want to pass on. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
