Florida Property Crime - 32.77
Windermere Property Crime - 14.13

It's that simple.

Those FBI stats for the City of Windermere pertain only the tiny little 1+ square mile of incorporated Windermere along Main Street and 6th Avenue.

If you research the overall crime rate stats for the entire Windermere area (zip 34786), I think that you will find that it has an average to slightly above average crime rate.

Sorry, but this is about the city of Windermere. Also, you have no reliable basis to come to that conclusion about zip codes. I've already done my research by looking at many of the bad sources that you have (with many of those sources being debunked here: //www.city-data.com/forum/orlan...p-codes-8.html). The funny thing is that you say 34786 has crime that is either "average" or "above average", but not even the OBJ article shows the zip code or says if it's considered above average or just average. So once again, you have no clue what you're talking about. LOL!

Sorry, there was nothing in my original post in this thread that pertained to only incorporated Windermere.

Well, incorporated Windermere is the City of Windermere. That's what is considered safe. Anything outside of that is pure speculation and you have no relia...wait a minute...I'm about to repeat myself again.

I have read some of your posts on other threads on this website, some of which appear to be made by a person of a questionable thought process; someone who is only interested in arguing for arguments sake.

I will not waste my time responding to any future posts that you may make.

Yes I know, you told me the EXACT same thing in TWO other threads. That's what you do, repeat things over and over.

(you see what I did there?)

You can look up crime statistics by area at. Neighborhood Scout. This is a very useful tool as it also provides information on demographics.
