Meeting with a realtor this week and are in the processing of putting together a list of homes to look at over the weekend. Any feedback on the following communities good or bad? Looking for a 3BR in a SAFE area that will retain its value after 4-6 years and is near good schools for resale value.

I live near UCF and can tell you about single family home communities but I am totally ignorant of town home communitis. Sorry
