THASPECIAL...I heard on the news of the pizza delivery person that was held up by a 13 year old in the Sand Lake area. I immediately thought of you. I hope it wasn't you and that you're OK.

Let us know....we're concerned about you!

that is just ridiculous that a 13 year old would try to rob someone. he should be indoors at that time of night. I blame the parents for not caring. I was driving home from school last night and at 8:30 there were stupid middle school kids in the middle of the street. I was like go home.

Here you go, here are the folks involved:

The mug shot of 13-year-old Fabian Luna shows a scared little child. It's the exact opposite of the bad-boy image he portrayed before Orange County deputies arrested him late Tuesday night. Police believe the 13-year-old actually persuaded the two other young men to commit the robbery.

"Our criminals are getting younger and younger and that's a big concern," said Cpl. Susan Soto, Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Luna and two 19-year-olds, Michael Labrada and Bradley Pacheco, are accused of robbing a Papa John's pizza deliveryman at an apartment complex located on Creekwood Drive.
