You should ask this in the Orlando Forum.

The best time to visit is when kids are in school, so anytime there is no school holidays. Weekdays are better than weekends. I would say October is the best time of the year to visit. Lines are short and you can also attend Universal Studios Horror Nights. I also think April is a great time of the year to visit as well. You can still have fun during peak times of the year, just use this website to decide what day to do each park.

This website is pretty good about predicting how crowded the theme parks will be. It becomes more accurate the closer to the date.

Disney World Crowd Calendar with park opening hours March 2014

MK - MAGIC KINGDOM (DISNEY)
EP - EPCOT (DISNEY)
HS - HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS (DISNEY)
AK - ANIMAL KINGDOM (DISNEY)

USF - UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
IOA - ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE (UNIVERSAL STUDIOS)

If you want to ride the water rides, make sure you come between late spring to early fall because it may be too cold to enjoy them or even try to go on them. I'm kinda a baby though, so I need it to be minimum 80 degrees F to go on them lol.

Figure 100 a ticket for all the parks. However you might also consider an annual pass if planning more than 1 trip.

It is very entertaining. Better rides and attractions. I think peak season would be right time to go to there, because its time summer leave of children.
