Moving to Orlando area with 1 child (elementary school) and need advice on best location that would encompass "most" of the below:
1/ Great Elementary schools.
2/ Safe
3/ Near office in Winter Park
4/ Convenient to entertainment, restaurants, shops, mall
5/ mid-scale community similar to Kirkwood, MO 63122
City of Kirkwood : Home
6/ Nice community center with park, pool, tennis, ice rink for hockey, kids activities and sports
House budget is $150k to 300K.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!!

Hockey is great year round, especially in an indoor rink in summer when it is too hot to be outside!

There's an ice rink at the RDV Sports Complex in Maitland which has youth leagues.

You could find a single family home in Wekiva for under $300k. It's a reasonable commute to WP and has all the other amenities your looking for.
