Has anyone ever rented from them? They advertise that they have pet friendly homes for rent. We would really like to rent for a year before buying but I figured I would end up having to buy right away because we have a pitt bull terrier. She is very sweet and on the small side (50lbs) by the time we are ready to move she will have her CGC (canine good citizen) cert. Im assuming its hard to rent with an ABT I havent rented in aboiut 20 yrs. So its new to me.

Ps please no bully bashing :-)

Pit Bulls are AWESOME! So sweet and the absolute BEST. So no bashing here! Invitation Homes say that they don't restrict but it also depends on where the house is located. Some HOA's have pet restrictions (Another reason to hate HOA's!)
Are you ok renting an apartment for a year? If so, I know Colonial Grand Heathrow in Lake Mary used to have no breed restrictions and no weight restrictions.

I am currently renting from them. I have 2 dogs. Neither is a pitbull, but they didn't ask what kind of dogs they were. IH is amazing to rent from! They are unbelievably fast at responding to any needs you have and also do nice things for their renters (for instance, they just gave away tickets to the new Muppet movie). I love renting from them so much that I wonder why I would ever buy again! I moved into a IH home, because the house I was in before this one was forclosed on (despite my paying the rent on time every month!). I don't think I'll ever rent from anyone else again. Good luck!

How you get tickets? We simply had a pet no pet question-but just call them- as they are right- depends on area - the house is great the price is right and so far so good, and much better than some other in the Clermont area. I wished they had villas like 2 bedrooms or condos. I want to move in 2015 closer to my job but so far I only see huge homes. BUT No complaints here.
