Hi.

Weighing a possible job offer in the Winter Park area of Orlando. I don't anticipate my salary being able to afford a rental in that area though.

Family of four who would seek a large 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom pet friendly rental in a safe neighborhood with good schools for about $1,000. What areas would you suggest looking at that are within an easy half hour commute?

Check out Pebble Creek in Lake Mary which has large two bedrooms or three bedrooms at or under $1000 a month. Also check out Elan Town Center in Sanford which has similar pricing (thanks to one month free rent bringing the cost down) on brand new units. Both are safe areas in "A+" rated school districts about 15 miles and under 30 minutes (not overly congested typically) to Winter Park.
