OK, locals--

We're in search of a Single-family subdivision in Orlando east of I-4. We'd prefer a maintenance-free community---we've looked at Village Walk at Lake Nona, and Waterview Reserve near Williamsburg, and really liked both of those. We like the Mediterranean-style architecture a lot. Is anyone aware of similar neighborhoods?

Thanks in Advance,

Scott

Where you looking for single family only or also considering townhomes?

When you say maintenance free, do you mean an association takes care of everything with the exterior of your home, or do you mean it is association maintenance fee free....that there is no association?

I know Villagewalk has a big association, but wasn't sure if the only thing you didn't like about it was the association?

Greg:

Prefer Single Family. Yes, I mean Association takes care of ext. maintenance. We love Village Walk; just want to research alternatives if there are some.
