Try looking into Oviedo, great "a" rated schools, beautiful neighborhoods and best of all close to everything, but just enough away from the hussle and bussle. Good Luck with you search!

oviedo, lake mary, longwood, winter springs, and sanford are wonderful areas to live. did you know between seminole and orange county there are over 26,000 homes for sale? staggering isn't it? i've live in lake mary for over 12 years, and we love it here! we're close to the 417 (about 3 min.) and live about 8 min. from I-4. My husband commutes to Disney as a firefighter, so location was important for us! we love the schools, and community here! Also, when we want to go to the beach, we're only 40 minutes away to New Smyrna. Welcome to Seminole County!!!!!

Hi,
I live in Seminole County in the 32703 area. We are between Apopka and Forest City. Our subdivision is Bear Lake Heights. There are at least 5 houses for sale here including mine. It's a quiet neighborhood. We have all ages. Plus, there are alot of teenage boys and girls in the area.
Some houses are on the lake and others are across the street with lake privileges.
I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, just under 1900 sq. ft. We have a big back yard with a 6 ft. fence. We are across the street from the lake.
We have an "A" graded highschool. It is Lake Brantley.
I know some were saying Metro West, but I wouldn't live over there. Winter Park is nice and so is College Park.
Good Luck.
