85,000 cash to spend on home which area would you get the best deal for your money? Would be living in the home full time, looking for safe area and a home that can be small but in move in ready. Interested in areas of Seminole County. 2nd possible choice would be Debary & Deltona but really want seminole County. Thanks

In Seminole County, I guess you can check out Altamonte Springs, Sanford, or Longwood. But 85k and below can be hit or miss, so I would recommend that you try to get to know these areas more.

I'd say Longwood or Altamonte Springs. Check out the Rangeline Rd and Palm Springs Drive corridors.

Rangeline Rd runs north from SR434 in Longwood and extends up toward the north end of Longwood almost to Lake Mary. Palm Springs Drive is in Altamonte Springs and starts at SR434 not far from Rangeline extending south to SR436 at the Altamonte Mall.
