They're brand new so they haven't made it onto any review sites yet - but I was wondering if anyone here has heard anything about them?

I would suggest that you make an appointment to check out the apartments and try to get a feel for the place. If you're able to stroll into the complex, see if you can talk with some neighbors (if there are any).

I already have an appointment. It's a gated community so I won't have much time away from the representative to talk to people without them there.

It is a decent area. DavieJ who used to post a lot was really familiar with it as it borders on Hunters Creek where he lived. You might try reaching out to him.

Thanks. I hope my first response didn't come off as rude either.

The price is really good for the area from what I've seen around (745+ for a one bedroom). They only have W/D hookups but even with that extra 30 or so a month for the w/d rental it's still pretty good. And seeing it's new, even if the construction is crappy I'm only there for a year so I'll be out before it goes downhill.

I'll find out more this weekend hopefully.

**I just read the first move in date is late October, not September. So obviously no one will have experience living there yet. I'll post my opinions of the complex in case it can help anyone going forward.

These apartments are managed by Concord, when I looked into one of their complexes before they had income limits for their apartments. If your looking at a 1 bedroom for 1 person, you usually cannot make over $26,000 per year.

That's very good to know. Thanks. I tried emailing and calling but no one got back to me. I think I'll take that as a sign not to move there.

Also when I went I noticed the traffic getting out of the complex is a pain as it's right in a fairly large shopping complex. I've been in that situation before and it gets old quick.
