Of those, how many came flocking here from other states during the housing boom to work in construction? Take those out of the picture and you'll have a more realistic number.

we are in a new construction boom- look around, there not one road I travel to the airport from Clermont I do not see construction, of all kinds as I mentioned before most crews travel with the major players to new construction sites
