I have been to lake nona twice and had friends condo in village park community. I love Lake Nona period. It's so modern and beautiful there and all new buildings and houses. People are nice also. We will be trying to rent a house when we move within next year

I've also heard some nice things about Lake Nona. It seems like it is growing pretty quick with all the medical facilities popping up. We plan to rent for a few years before we purchase so we can figure out exactly where we want to be. Just hope we can find the right rental for us

I have friends who bought a place in Lake Nona and LOVE it there. I can't see any reason to not move there. It's got most of the amenities you'd need right there, and it's a short drive to the Florida Mall and upscale dining.

Sounds like a great place to live. Thanks for that info. I'll look into driving distances to malls and other retail shops.

Is there a place/website that has all the toll prices and locations. I hear there are a ton of tolls in the Orlando area. I have an ezpass. Will that work there or do I have to get a sunpass?

E Pass and Sunpass only (no EZpass). If you do a search on this forum, I recently asked which is better and got excellent answers (it depends which toll roads you frequent).

Perfect! I found your thread and that was very helpful. I guess I need to figure out where I'll be going to see which is the best. I found Toll calculators for both E-Pass and Sunpass so that will help too.

I couldn't find anything except sunpass that's Walgreen's publix sell. I live in lake Nona and yes I use it a lot. I pay toll on 528 to Disney no more than 3 each way. I use it in 417 408 and when I got lost around the apopka area toll 429, no problem with the pass. I use turnpike without problem. If u live in lake Nona you will use 417 mostly. 408 to get to downtown and colonial Asian area. 528 to beach cocoa or Disney. Toll drain money really fast. 408 toll more expensive than 417 I find.
