Lots of options not just those industries even though are strong segments of the economy however I cant really say what's in demand now because most people who have part time jobs are keeping them in low service sector.

If you have CNA certification there are ALWAYS jobs--but they only pay about $9. Dishwasher jobs are always available as well. Same with working for cleaning companies. All of those pay minimum to $10 and most have no benefits.

This. You can't just go work in the medical field with no certification.

As for pay, as said, CNAs make anywhere from $8-$12. Not worth the hassle if you ask me.
LPNs make around $15
RNs make $20+

I have two friends who retired in their late 50's, got bored very quickly, and now work on call for agencies as CNA's. They work when they are available and want to, and tell the agency they aren't available when they don't want to. They make $9-10 an hour to basically "babysit" elderly people while their regular caregivers leave the house for the day. The flexibility works for my friends and they put the $500 a month or so they earn towards extra travel. That said, unless you can get on with a hospital and get f/t with benefits, it's not something you can live on.

Maybe it would help if you told us what you're considering instead of making us play 20 questions.

Trades where you can become certified such as electrical and HVAC could be worth a look. They're not quick fixes like some medical fields however in terms of the certification process and usually require apprenticeships at lower wages when you start.
