I don't have any personal knowledge about either of them, however just so you are aware, although the name is Monte Vista at Windermere, it actually isn't in Windermere. Not sure if that's an issue for you or not, but just something to keep in mind.

Montevista at Windermere is actually closer to Metrowest on Conroy-Windermere. I had a golf buddy living there awhile back and he moved out due to the noise from the Turnpike. You might want to see if that has been rectified.
