I have been trying to relocate to sunny Florida (specifically the downtown Orlando area) for a while now. I think I am still a few years away unfortunately
It would be nice to have a place to "call home" so to speak without all the hassles. Do people on like Air BNB rent out for periodic travels? Or maybe something like a house swap? Am I insane for thinking about something like this?
A room close to downtown is fine. I would probably be there 3-4 times a year max, maybe more, but doubtful.
Are there websites for such things? Any tips? Sincerely appreciate the time.

Airbnb is great for this. But it sounds like you are looking for the same place to return to? Because outside of buying a vacation home/condo, that won't be possible.
