[SIZE=3]My questions is what do you do when the builder you buing from goes on bankruptcy? Contract was sign one year ago, after a verval batter they drop town home price to $240,000 from $265,000 and after so many difficulties and unclear events and internal situations my parents decide not to buy. In the top they dont want to return any of the collected money so far $14,242.00 and the also change closing day 2 times before drop price down giving only three day for traveling arange. My parents are from out of state.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Any answer and suggestions? Can we go to court and have them to be procecure or after knowing that there in bankrupcy is nothing to be done? [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]We also file documents an concerns to the FLhome builders Associations, FL Business & Profecionals Regulations, And letter to the personal involve with the Builder. We also have seeing other projects from this builder that still selling. How is this posible? It is posible to only one part of the builder or certain proyect to go to bankrypcy and keep operting with same names saling other projects?[/SIZE]

i think you may need to speak to a real estate attorney. i have an excellent one, email me and i would be happy to give you her information. For what its worth, I haven't heard the Ryland Homes are going into Chapter 11.
