That's true, but the area around Millennia Mall isn't exactly high end either. I did notice the last time I was in Florida Mall (around a year ago) that it has become very Hispanic-heavy in terms of customer base, which has had a good bit of influence in changing the retailer mix I would imagine.

Correct, but on my unscientific observations, you see a lot less petty crime reported in the stores and parking lots. The general area looks much nicer and newer

Which is why so many are mislead about living near Millennia, and why "newer" often isn't better.

Even the Kirkman/Conroy area looks decent at first glance. Since Orlando is overall a new city (and very well-kept), even some of the bad areas can look good on the surface.

That's awesome, I've been looking into getting one when I move, but didn't want to have to drive down to Fort Lauderdale for servicing. I'll most likely wait for their starting $35k model. I think it's supposed to come out in 2017. Florida doesn't offer any credits, so it's quite pricey for me.
Yeah there's a dealership down the road from my office.
It's on 17-92 in Longwood
