Hi all,

I'm new to the area. I'm a sports card collector and have been talking with other collectors in the area about setting up a 2-day weekend show in the area. There is currently a subpar show that is very different from what I envision at the Fashion Square Mall. However, I'm struggling with where to look to host a show - not because of the lack of options, but because there are so many different options and areas around here that my head is kind of spinning. Basically what I'd be looking for is:

-About 3,000 square feet (could go larger, or possibly down a bit if the price were right)
-Relatively easy access from either I-4, 408, 528, or 417 (not too far off the highway)
-A place that has its own tables and chairs (obviously knowing I will pay to rent these)
-Ideally a place where the cost isn't too high, and where they're willing to work with me on setting up something regular. I'm hoping for this to be a long-lasting monthly show and am not looking to set up only 1 date.

I've seen shows in hotels, malls, fairgrounds, Elks lodges, and so on, so I'm pretty much open to anything. I've been thinking that Altamonte may be the best location to find all of the above, but I fear that may be clouding my judgment.

I talked to Central Florida Fairgrounds - too cost prohibitive.
I'm going to get in touch with Hilton Altamonte and Oviedo Mall, though I have concerns about the price at the former and the turnout at the latter.

Anyone have any thoughts, suggestions, or experiences?

Winter Park Community Cnter holds up to about 350 people and includes tables and chairs.

Clermont ARC holds up to about 1000 (flexible space starts at about 25) and table and chair rental is inexpensive.
