I would be armed at all times if I lived there. And learn the martial arts.

nah- I work off Lee Vista so I am up and down Semoran and Goldenrod -Curry Ford - 50 etc - but I guess being raised in Miami- taking 3 city buses to school etc.at 10 I am used to it. I sense danger-when I worked part time at depot -always spotted the thieves... the LP loved me-- do not know why- but I do -and so far at 62 doing OK! I do carry a heavy metal pol. stick in my car- so they can highjack it- it but I will keep their teeth

Thanks for your advice guys, I'm excluding Pershing & Semoran areas from my search. Will focus on Bent Pine Dr and Lee Vista probably.

The houses are going so fast it's ridiculous - calling someone after 18h from the rental listing and he says that he already has 4-5 people visiting :|

Btw, are all aparartments built in a way 'you hear your neighbour footsteps' or it is a matter of luck?

I always stay on the top floor to prevent most of this.

yea recommended, we have a shortage of rental property - many people moving here. I saw some county north of here going to focus on nothing but housing. Good luck in your search- and hope you enjoy Orlando.
