Not sure which section to put this so I'll try here.

Going to Daytona Beach for Jeep Beach in April and would like to take an air boat tour and/or go see some gators. Where would be the closest place to go if we are staying in Daytona?

Thanks in advance.

Not the closest, but not too far away.

Check out Captain Gator Bruce by Christmas. He has a way smaller boat than the huge tourist boats and does a great tour.

Black Hammock in Oviedo has one also that I think people have said they enjoyed, and I don't believe it is especially touristy. I'm not sure of the differences between this one and the one in Christmas though, I'm sure they are both fine. Both are probably 50-60 minutes from Daytona Beach, though because of the lay of the land I'm not sure you're going to find one much closer than that. If driving all the way over for that, possibly worthwhile to see some Orlando spots while you're at it and maybe make a day of it (UCF, DT Orlando, Park Ave., Big Tree Park, Little Big Econ Forest, etc.)
