Can you choose a specific dentist at Greenberg, or do you take any dentist working that day? We live in Clermont and there aren't many dentists that are listed as providers for Humana.

If you can choose your dentist, do you have any recommendations?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

My experience with Greenberg is limited to two visits and based upon that I will not be going back. Everyone I dealt with was polite but on both visits (both were scheduled appts., not walk in) I was left waiting for over an hour before I could see the dentist. The first visit was closer to an hour and a half in the chair waiting. I was referred there by an acquaintance and had no trouble requesting a particular dentist.

What exactly is sedation dentistry? Do they give you nitrous, or some kind of a pill? Is it really enough to calm someone? I'm one of the cowards.

I've been to Dr. Thakur, he's really good, they tell you prices over the phone. Here's their website: drmuradthakur.com

Here is one that isn't a big tooth mill.
Welcome to Orange Avenue Dentistry in Downtown Orlando, Florida

Very nice staff and they were much cheaper than others I've had. He also takes all the insurances.

They are Orange Avenue Denistry on Facebook.

2116 S. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32825

Hope that helps

Dr Randall C Brown, 25th street, Sanford. My friends go to him and love him.
I go to a dentist in DeBary but he's more expensive. I've been going to him for years so won't change now. But my friends say Dr Brown is quite reasonable and conservative.

Crumb, I didn't realize the original post was several months ago.
