Hi! I recently moved to Orlando, FL from West Palm Beach for a job promotion. I know the cost of living is relatively low in Orlando but some jobs don't pay enough to support oneself. I'm currently working in the Millenia Crossing area (zip: 82839).

I don't mind sharing my current salary because I think it'll help people recommend an ideal location that'll suit me. I currently make $44,000. I have the typical financial obligations such as car note, car insurance, phone bill, 1 credit card, and I pay for child alimony.

Here is the thing, I was born and raised in New York and I grew up in the ghetto. I left New York in 2012 and I have been living in better areas since then. I'd like to keep it that way but I also don't want to live check to check.

I don't want to pay no more than $850 honestly. What can that get me? Oh yea, I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment that'll ideally include water, gas, and trash. I'm also willing to commute up to 30 minutes from Millenia Crossing Mall. I hear I4 is terrible but I'm willing to make that sacrifice to have a better quality living.

Thank you in advance!

Look down the road at Park Central Apartments. Some of the complexes along Conroy and Kirkman rd. May alo work but other than that the picking get slim for a 1 bd in that price range but if you decide to get a roommate with that budget the options would be almost endless.
