We are in the military and have been going back and forth. We often move every 3-4 years so need to be able to sell or rent the property. Please tell us what you think. Thanks Much

a. St Cloud Townhouse is 2 bd 2/ba with loft for $230. The property is very close to Lake Nona w/o the taxes. Both bedrooms only have shower stall

B. Townhouse 3 bd/2 ba for $258. She said it in Randall Park but I am not sure. The zip code is 32832.

C. Single family for $318 in the same subdivision.

What are your thought on the three options. We prefer opinions on forums because most people provide sound advice and not trying to make a commission.

Thanks Much

C.

The area is pretty good, the houses are fairly new... For an extra $50 (over the townhouse) I'd definitely pick the single-family home.

Randall Park is a great neighborhood. We almost bought a house there. I would recommend either B or C depending on your financial situation.
