Hi! We are looking into tildens grove and was wondering if there were a lot of young families in this community and what the vibe is? Are children riding bikes in the streets, are people running/walking in the community, etc. thank you!

Not as much as in other areas in Windermere. I'd say there are some better choices for what you seek.

A Gated community is best for this. When we lived in a gated one in Winter Garden, there were kids riding their bikes. Our last community without gates, I rarely saw that.

Tildens Grove is also a gated community. You will definitely find people walking and running in the neighborhood as well as kids riding bikes, scooters, etc. Most of the lot sizes are close to a .5 acre or larger, which is nice for those wanting a little more land.

Hi, we're also looking into Tildens Grove & was wondering what you thought of it? We have 3 kids who love playing in the yard but found their HOA rules regarding what could be put in your back yard not very family friendly. Are there a lot of families with young kids? Do you know of any other neighborhoods that are? Thanks!
