I was interested what the locals think of the rebranded Disney Springs, particularly the recently opened Town Center. With the infussion of so much "serious shopping". Will Orlado folks be doing much of their shopping there?

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! They did such a great job and it has/will have stores I want to shop such as Zara and Uniqlo. The springs looks so real and beautiful. I can't wait for Blaze Pizza to open their store, still building it now. That's the only place I will eat pizza, it's so good and fast. Overall, I'm very happy and will go there instead of Florida Mall. I have all the stores I like between Millenia and Disney Springs now.

Is it ready yet? Worth going? Wasn't sure if it was already/mostly completed yet

The parking garage was sorely needed

The area is 99% completed, but not all the stores or restaurants are open yet, but it's definetly worth checking out. They made the springs look so real and natural. I wish I could swim in it. I'm going there tonight to try the cupcake place and to see the springs all lit up.

If you sign up on the Sprinkles website you get a free cupcake just for signing up and then on your birthday,I got mine on Sunday. The new areas are nice,I'm not likely to do much shopping there but they're good additions.I'm more interested in the new places to eat or have a snack at.Next time I go I need to try the poutine fries, the sausages at B B Wolf and something from the new Amarettes bakery. Were still waiting on the Coke place, the Mexican restaurant,STK,the Edison,Blaze pizza, the homecoming Florida kitchen restaurant and the Aristocrepe place.

I've had Blaze pizza in Sarasota and down here in Ft.Lauderdale for PI day on March 14th when they had all the pizzas for $3.14,it's good especially if you like a thin pizza. It's not Via Napoli though,I love that white pizza with the artichokes there.

I haven't been to the new Town Center, but last time I was there (a couple months ago) it was looking nice. I think it's a great way to get more people to go and the construction and traffic headaches are worth it to have a better, nice experience. I'm excited to go see the new stores though. I'll drop by in a couple weeks probably.

I was pleasantly surprised they did not charge for the parking garage

Uniqlo? Love them for reasonably-priced wardrobe components. Kind of like The Gap but their fabric quality is much higher- their relatively cheap supima cotton tees rule- and their sizing is pretty consistent outside their limited time designer collections. (Anything by a French designer tends to run a little smaller than their other product lines.)

The one down side is that their B&M stores don't have the same awesome clearance sales their web site does.
