YES. This one I do not even understand. People down here don't even pull into the intersection while they wait? They stay back behind the line. Then, when the light turns yellow and the oncoming traffic stops, THEY DON'T GO! They sit there through ANOTHER light cycle. It's not like it's a red arrow, I know how to drive. There is a green left turn arrow that turns to a SOLID GREEN light after the arrow. That means you CAN turn if there is no traffic coming. But how can you turn if the moron in front of you won't go out into the interesction? This happens to me almost every single time I am at the light on Sand Lake Rd turning left (north) onto Dr Phillips Blvd. I want to pull my hair out every time that I am stuck there for another long light cycle for NO reason other than the guy ahead of me REFUSED to go. I truly do not understand it!

Oh, and no one knows how to navigate a 4 way stop, either! Palm Parkway and Lake Ave - it's like a clown intersection. People just go willy-nilly - no rhyme or reason! It's as if they never did a 4 way stop intersection in their lives!

Yup, up north you'd practically get your car windows smashed in if at least two cars don't turn left when the light turns yellow/red and oncoming traffic stops. Anytime I go up to Chicago I'm almost baffled how many cars will still turn left even after the light changes. But you'll have 2 or 3 cars at least in the intersection waiting to turn left. Here in Florida, like you said, waiting behind the line and then won't go.

Want to see 4 way stop madness? Go in the main entrance to Waterford Lakes Town Center on a Saturday during Christmas shopping season. Anyone who's been there knows exactly which intersection I'm talking about.
