Hello. Wyndham Lakes is somewhat close to the Lake Nona area and also not far from Hunters Creek. The neighborhood is nice. If you have children I always suggest checking out the school ratings. It is also good to have a realtor do comparables in the neighborhood of what has sold in the past if you are looking at purchasing an older home. If you don't have a realtor I would be happy to help with your search. The seller always pays the commission so it is worth it to get the advice of a realtor when making a decision like this.

I have lived in Hunter's Creek and my parents and brother still live there. Although Wyndham Lakes is nice, Meadow Woods is pretty hit or miss. Hunter's Creek is a more upscale community with better schools. Furthermore, restaurants, shopping, and parks are all within walking distance.
