Plan on moving in middle of sept and these are the only apartments around my budget...

Can anyone give me advice on these complexes

Hidden Cove

They're all in fairly crime-ridden areas and wouldn't suggest any of them. What is your budget? Your dollar will go further with smaller buildings (or duplexes, etc) versus large apartment complexes.

**edit- Just noticed the last option (Summer Cove) is in St Cloud in a not so bad area, so perhaps that could be a good choice.

Well my budget is $645 because i have too much going on right now like starting my own business .. so im trying to spend as little on rent


LOL are those apartments that bad ?? gosh i thought i was on to something


but im coming down to apartment hunt and i was really looking at southern oaks

@ kyle i havent been able to find any duplexes where can i find them even craigslist is no luck for me..


Im really looking for a place where i can have access to different restaurants and other activities

@arcenal i could do a studio but i want to have some sort of space because i work from home also so i want my bedroom and work space separate.. Not only that but the complex has to be somewhere where i can get to stores easy or can use public transportation

Minus a car in those locations (other than St Cloud) would make it even worse in my opinion and greatly increase your odds of trouble finding you.

well where southern oaks is located there are a bunch of stores along that strip so thats why i was really looking at that apartment complex... and i try to think positive about every situation so im not really worried or thinking about the trouble as long as i know its decent but i just wanted opinions i can always go look myself which i plan on doin

That's all well and good however it's pretty much proven ineffective at avoiding becoming a victim. However if you're really that set on living there by all means go for it.
