Hello. I'm interested in relocating to Orlando for work. I currently live in Melbourne. I'm a single woman with no children, and wanted to know which areas of Orlando would be safest to live. Also, any recommendation on good apartments in a safe area. Thank you.

Winter Park is a great area, but also the most expensive. Avoid Kissimmee and Poinciana when it comes to living. Celebration is safe too, but it's too far from everything for my taste.

I have applied to jobs in Winter Park, Ocoee, Kissimmee, Celebration, Poinciana. Are any of these areas safe?

Do you know if Hunter's Creek is a decent place to live?

I think a good bit of the apartments in Hunters Creek are income restricted and maybe not the best fit for a single female. You would probably do better just to the east off the 417 in/around the Lake Nona area (Narcoossee Rd/Moss Park Rd).

In my opinion, Lee Vista Blvd is a pretty safe area to live and it is close to major highways for work.

Very safe. My parents have lived there for 16 years and have NEVER been a victim of crime. I lived there off and on for several years as did my brother and we never had issues. It's an excellent community, just expensive.
