I dont remember, a long time ago... maybe 10-15 years ago, I graduated in 2006 though. I was there for two years.

As others have stated Doctor Phillips works. Celebration is probably best. Hunters Creek is also decent. Laureate Park is about as far as you'd want to go, but it's new and still in construction, so prices are super low.

Good options near SeaWorld would include the following:


- Apartment communities on Universal Blvd behind Convention Center (The District, The Courtney, etc.)
- Dr. Phillips
- John Young Parkway (South of 528)
- Orangewood neighborhood (if you are okay with older homes)
