Whenever I move into a new house I always ask the light company for the last 12 months of usage in the house and they have always given it to me. That way you get what the last person used in the same house. You just don't know how many people were there or how often they were home. Its a start though

3100 SQ feet with Pool, hottest months run about $150 -$160. Thermostat at 78, pool at 84. Fall and Spring are much less, Mid winter can also approach $150 because of the pool heater. Home built in 2014, heavily wooded with Live Oaks. (FPL)
