OMGoodness there are so many great Active Adult communities in and around Orlando. But it depends on what you are looking for? Do you have a price range you are trying to stay within or a part of Orlando that you like?

Margaritaville Resort Orlando, is scheduled to open in late 2018. They will have vacation-home pricing starts at $250,000. It's a 300-acre resort with 1,000 vacation homes, 300 timeshare units and a 187-room hotel. The Daytona Margaritaville is being built by Minto and has Villas and Single Families. The Hilton Head, SC location opens this year as well similar to Daytona's.

To get off the beaten path, there is always Park Place in Palm Coast, a +55 community that is smaller than Solivita (we lived in Solivita for seven years, she wanted to be closer to the coast and the ocean) https://www.55places.com/florida/communities/park-place
