I am presently staying at Four Corners, in Kissimmee, with friends. Two days' ago, we were in the backyard, and an airplane, Blue and Cream, in color, with two engines, was skirting over the house, at no more than 100-200 feet. It appeared to a be fairly-new, private plane, and it began circling around the house, up to three times. We got so scared that the third time, we ran into the house, and then it disappeared.
My question is: Are airplanes allowed to go that low in a private- residential area, in the State of Florida.?
And NO, we were not in BIKINIS.

There is an airport nearby in Kissimmee which is for general aviation (private aircraft). If it happens again I would report it to the FAA field office in Orlando as that's no doubt not a legal maneuver.
