Precisely one of the reasons why I suggested that area. It also does not have a touristy feel to it. Feels like any other neighborhood/community.

I personally love Celebration, which is just minutes from Disney World. Celebration has a gorgeous downtown area with restaurants, shops, and fantastic community events. It offers a small town feel, and a very active community. Windermere is also a very nice area worth considering.
