Thanks.

My current insurance company, Security First is not security first.

I heard Florida Family is good.

We're in the same boat, Security First has given us more than enough headaches with our townhome. Long story short, they're crooks who will do anything to get out of paying a claim (even if they know they owe on the claim) just in the hopes that you won't pursue them any further. Unlucky for them, I got lawyers involved in my claim and won.

We're moving in a couple months and definitely will not be transferring with Security First. Anybody but them!

I've been with Florida Family since 2015. Haven't had to file a claim, but they've been good to work with so far and appear to be a highly-rated and reputable company.

Our absolute favorite insurance is USAA. But I believe you still need to be connected to the military to be able to buy insurance from them.

We had a roof claim last year and everything worked like a charm. We have all our insurances with them and their customer service is top notch.

They got out of the FL market in 2008 after the market crash but now they offer home owners insurance again depending on the area in FL.
