Reading your feedback. If you are looking to buy, is the sanctuary better or equal to The Vue financially? Are there other well run buildings tin consider in Downtown orlando besides the Vue, the Waverly and the Sanctuary?

The Sanctuary is higher end than The Vue.

The Waverly is a great location and nice building- but the units are generally lower quality. It was built as an apartment that went Condo.

Thank you for you response. We notice that the units in the sanctuary that we saw have much lower end cabinetry than at The Vue. What makes it higher end? The location is certainly better and I like the management company, but what are the other advantages. Thanks in advance.

That's basically it: Location.

I'm curious if that would be the case over a larger sampling of units.
Albeit the Vue is a bit newer- it's never been on par with the Sancutary.

The avg. square footage of the Sanctuary is a bit higher than the Vue.
Sanctuary has a higher end lobby and gym- parking is better constructed.

The higher end units and the general owners are going to be a more affluent crowd.

When I was about to move to Orlando I was also looking into downtown. Thank God I didn't decide to move there but that is for my own reasons (parking, traffic, congestion etc..).

The thing that I figured out about reviews is that those who have a good experience rarely leave a review and those who have a bad experience often do. Those who have a bad experience have often times made their own mistake such as violating a pet policy, other policies, or they got evicted. They get mad so they want to put a place on blast.

If you have an opportunity to visit a place before you rent I would recommend doing that. I would also say that you get what you pay for so if you try to save money you may get a place with bad location, loud neighbors or a lousy parking arrangement.
