Hi everyone, I am relocating to the Orlando area due to my husbands work and would like to live outside of Orlando and was thinking of Sanford. I have been trying to look online for apartments but I'm not sure of what areas of town to look in or anything. Can anyone help. Would like a 2 br 2 bath and with utilities included. Thanks so much

Budget? Sanford wouldn't be anywhere near my top choice, but there are nice areas around it.

If utilities are included then around $1600 but if not, around 900-1000

Your utilities are not going to run $600-$700 FYI...

That said, if your total monthly budget is $1600, you can find quite a few places in West Sanford along Internation Parkway. There are several nice complexes in that area that will fit your bill.

are most apartment complexes utilities included? I also need a place that allows large dogs like a black lab.

No. Most are not. As for your dog, it all varies. Lots of places do allow non-aggressive dog breeds. A lab shouldn't be too big of an issue.

Where will your husband/you be working? The Orlando metro area pretty much defines suburban sprawl at it's worst with very inadequate (and worsening) road infrastructure. A simple 8 to 10 mile commute can easily average 30-45 minutes depending on travel points involved, time of day and other factors.

That’s gonna be about 40 miles one way from Sanford, with tolls the whole way. You’d be better off looking at Hunter’s Creek or Williamsburg.
