I would recommend starting your job search by looking at job postings with largest employers in the Orlando area:

Start looking through LinkedIn (if you haven't already) and start making connections to the Orlando area.

How long it takes a company to hire really depends on the company itself. Some can hire in as little as a week while some can take a month or two.
