I moved out of state over 3 years ago. I used to live in Hunters Creek (South Orlando) and am considering moving back to the same area. Does anyone have any insights into changes from 3 years ago to now such as traffic or crime, etc. Anything that I need to consider? Thank you.

The Hispanic population has grown a lot, it’s still a growing area, if you liked it before, I believe you will still like it today.

Hunter’s Creek was voted one of the best neighborhoods. The down side is that you have to depend on the 417. It’s not easy to get to HC from Orlando.
