I moved down here two years ago from the NoVA area and could not be happier. People complain about the traffic, but really it doesn't even compare to the drive in or out of DC. I'm 26 and find there are alot of good places to go on the weekends. It doesn't compare to Adams Morgan or Georgetown but there are still plenty of bars. The cost of living is soooo much cheaper if you can transfer down here with the same salary. I would definitely make sure you have a job lined up. I work in the aerospace industry and there seems to bunch of jobs in that field near Orlando. I pay less for a three bedroom townhouse in a nicer neighborhood than I did for a two bedroom apt in a worse neighborhood in DC. I would def reccomend moving down as long as you have a decent job lined up.

Young and single?, Look into the Waterford Lakes, Oviedo, UCF area! Winter Park is nice becuase it is in a great location but it is also very expensive and there is not much of a young crowd there. Look into Tampa and St. Pete area becuase the cities are far bigger and have much more to offer such as great beaches and clubs!
