Downtown deserves consideration too. Thornton Park, Delaney Park, Lake Eola Heights, Audubon Park, etc.

Wrong. Pine Hills and Parramore.

In searching Zillow or Realtor.com for Dr.Phillips rentals, is there a separate zip code that one would search? Is it more difficult finding a condo rental there? It seems much easier searching for rentals in Windermere or Winter Garden. Thanks!

Zips would be 32819 (Basically west of Turkey Lake Rd.), 32836, and a small part of 32835 along Conroy-Windermere Rd.
