Don’t believe foolishness. It’s wildly inaccurate. And that particular poster has a major history of trolling.

Let me make this clear, blacks and Puerto Ricans or other latino groups are not shooting in and stabbing each other in the streets but there is a tension that that is noticeable. Sometimes it comes off as blatant disrespect like Latinos refusing to put change in your hands at racetrac really bad service at Latin restaurants. Other times it's them calling you a racial slur in Spanish. However these are not daily occurrences, however there is a noticeable tension there. Keep in mind many of the Latinos in Orlando are straight from the Caribbean islands and Latin America. In Latin America caste and color are issues in those places. Some of them come from bigger cities and change their attitudes toward black people when they come to Orlando to fit in with the status quo. Despite what you might think Orlando is still southern city.

Orlando is just like any other up and coming Sunbelt city, So we're trending! in that case i wouldnt really worry much about race issues because its everywhere but i wouldnt consider Orlando to have a major issue. Central Florida is becoming more and more of its own Identity and breaking away from the "North FL/Southern" feel. Id consider everyones advice on here but not to a dramatic extent. Its easy to make friends with anyone here no matter your backround/race.
