I've decided these two areas will be my main focus for looking for a new home. I've looked a bunch on Zillow, Redfin, and the like, but I'd like to engage with a realtor for both areas or, if needed, a couple of realtors whose focus is on these territories.

It’s bad taste to work with two different realtors at the same time as they only get paid once you buy a house. Any good realtor in Orlando can handle Central Florida. You’re bound to get messages here from realtors, whatever you decide check their reviews on google, realtor, zillow etc. Good luck with your move!

Yes, I would prefer to deal with one. I just wasn't sure if those two regions were too far apart to expect one realty location to cover both. Thanks.

Looking for additional recommendations if available. Haven't gotten any bites yet from recommendations so far.
