Bordering?

Sort of. I mean, the exact right-of-way for the new expressways is still TBD. You can't just draw a line on a piece of paper and then go and build a road. There has to be a lot of soil testing and exploratory engineering work before you get precise locations.

But yes, generally speaking, northeastern Osceola County and southeastern Orange County will eventually be served by multiple expressways connecting those areas to the airport, Orlando, Brevard County, etc. It may go past the edge of Sunbridge - may go through it.

You can click on the "Northeast District Element" PDF and scroll down towards the end for the maps. On page 29 of the PDF you can see the expressway routes and alternative alignments. It's a concept plan so reality won't look exactly like that but I'm sure it'll be pretty close. https://www.osceola.org/agencies-dep...t-element.stml

I should add - that whole Northeast District, just the Osceola portion of it, is around 50,000 people and close to 8 million square feet of commercial/office/industrial space.

I hope no here thinks all those people will be coming and going on Nova Rd.

Yes, it would be nice if the developer built houses along existing expressways. It's a free country and they can build wherever they want. However, why do we need to build roads to their new developments? It's reinforcing bad development.

So you want a developer that owns land in Osceola County to build houses in Orange County on land they don't own . . . on top of existing homes and businesses?

There is no land in Orange County along existing expressways that isn't already fully entitled, already built, or mitigated wetlands.

Actually, no, you can't. There are all kinds of rules about what, where, and how many you can build and, particularly in Osceola County, you can only build more than one unit per 5 acres in the northern 1/3 of the county.

"We" aren't building anything. The expressway authority is building a toll road which will be paid for through toll revenue. All the other roads that get built are built by the developer at developer expense.

I want them to build along existing roadways or if they are going to build another road, connect it to two existing roadways.

Yes, those have been the rules in Osceola County for about 15 years now.
