Hello. Looking for a gated, lifestyle community (can be 55+) that has an indoor lap pool. Looking for a relatively "new" community from 2010 onwards.

Thank you.

Tons of options... you need to provide a lot more information for us to recommend areas or talk to a realtor with good reviews.

Looking for a gated community that has a clubhouse with an indoor pool. Not many in Florida have them. I read that Solivita does, Margaritavile Daytona Beach, Kings Sun City. None of them appeal to me.

Isleworth - minus the indoor pool, the outdoor pool is gorgeous though

Argh....a little too rich for my blood (or really, my wallet, I'd LOVE to live there).

What's your wallet, if we may ask?

Also, why does it have to be indoor? You're in Florida! Enjoy the outdoors!

Water heats up like the air and isn't a desirable affect on performance/times, and one of the reasons why most competitive swimming teams (college/clubs) went to natatoriums versus outside venues.

House price $450-600K. Indoor because as stated above, my husband swims laps and our club now has an indoor pool. One of the ways I can get him to FL is if he can swim laps indoors.

Hmm... Well that's really hard to find here as far as I know.
Would you consider a 55+ community with a nearby large fitness center with indoor lap pool? THAT you can find quite easily.

Royal Highlands is a 55+ gated community about 45 minutes NW of Orlando that has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Don't know if the indoor pool is a "lap" pool or not.

House prices in RH are actually less than your price range. Max price there is about $375K with most homes being under $300K. You get more house for your money there vs developments closer to Orlando.
