Regarding Winter Park, overall it's a great area, but there are less desirable parts. It's not so much for renters, better if you are ready to drop $1M on a house.

Thank you for the feedback. I definitley like the feel of what I see in Baldwin park. I can not afford all the units but some of them I can. Seems like a nice little town for sure.

I wish i had 1 million to drop on a home lol
