hi!

I'd like to know it is better for me to get a new car there or use metro and bus?

I would definitely suggest getting a car... new, used, whatever you can afford. The bus system is not the best around here. What would take you 10 minutes by car would take you 45+ by bus and there is not always a convenient bus stop for where you want to go. Also, if you are going very far you will have to take a transfer at some point and that can get confusing. I suggest getting a car with good gas mileage unless you don't have any other choice and then you would only have our Lynx system as an alternative.
