Can someone tell me what the best route is to go from Lake Mary to the Orlando Airport during morning rush hour and how long on average it would take?

To get from Lake Mary to the Airport (I'm assuming you are talking about Orlando International not Sanford International).

Take Toll Road 417 straight down to Toll Road 528 across to the airport. It's a straight shot for the most part.

Mileage and length of time depend on where your trip originates in Lake Mary.

If you are on the south west side of Lake Mary - I would estimate your trip to be about 37-40 miles - if you live on the north end of Lake Mary add about 5 miles to that. The speed limit on these roads is 65.

The time it takes to get anywhere where depends on the time of day and the traffic. MOST of the time these roads are busy but moving freely. However all bets are off between 7:00-10:00 AM and 5:00-7:00 PM - then you really never know what to expect - some days the traffic moves fine - others it is backed for no apparent reason - just looks like everybody decided to go somewhere at the same time.

I would give myself at least an hour to be on the safe side - plus the amount of time it takes to get from your home to the 417 entrance ramp. I guess it would be possible to make it in 45 minutes - IF you live right by the entrance to the 417, you have an epass and there is no traffic. But, I wouldn't count on all those things.
